The 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa Supersport motorcycle has been sold out just a few days after it was launched in India. The much-awaited bike was launched at Rs.16.40 lakh and imported only 101 units on the first day. A few days later, all the units of the Hayabusa Supersport were sold out.

The bike was available in three colour options: Gloss Sparkly Black/Candy Burnt Gold, Metallic Matte Sword Silver/Candy Daring Red and Pearl Brilliant White/Metallic Matte Stellar Blue. The Pearl Brilliant White coloured model was the first one to be sold out.

Suzuki has announced that the next lot will come during August and will soon begin deliveries across the country. Till then, the bookings are on hold and will re-open once the next lot arrives.

The 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa Supersport has retained the Hayabusa’s distinctive silhouette and has come with an evolved design. The aggressive look is mainly due to the all-new front fascia. It also sports all-around LED lighting while the turn-indicators are now placed on the top of the fairing next to the air dam.

The new Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle comes with a liquid-cooled, 1,340cc, inline 4-cylinder engine with lighter pistons, new connecting rods, along with re-engineered internal components that produce 187.7bhp maximum power at 9,700rpm and 150Nm peak torque at 7,000rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. It also has a slip and an assist clutch along with a bi-directional quick-shifter.

The company offers a Suzuki Drive Mode Selector Alpha with three factories pre-sets and three user-definable modes, three power modes, Launch Control System with three modes, and Cruise Control System.

The attractive price tag, along with Suzuki’s impressive popularity and history, has certainly appealed to the Indian people. It is to be seen how much time the next lot takes to get sold out in India.
