The much-awaited 300NK BS6 motorcycle has been launched by CFMoto in the Indian market and becomes the brand’s first model to receive the BS6 update. It is available at a similar price of Rs. 2.29 lakh like its BS4 counterpart.
The company hasn’t already revealed the updated engine specs of the new model although it has declared the price. It is expected that the torque and power figures will remain the same as the BS4 model besides its 292cc unit single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. It comes with a DOHC set-up and produces a maximum of 28 bhp at 8750 rpm and 25 Nm of peak torque at 7000rpm.
The motorcycle’s engine is mated with a 6-speed standard gearbox while the suspension and braking set-up includes a (USD) Up-Side-Down forks at the front and an adjustable mono-shock suspension setup for pre-load at the rear. The standard dual-channel ABS supports the disc brakes of the motorcycle.
Additional features include a muscular fuel tank, raised handlebar, split-style seat design, underbelly exhaust and a short tail section; among others. It is also equipped with a TFT display instrument console and a switch cube that controls the ride modes.
The company has priced the model at a similar price as its BS4 counterpart and will reveal the complete details on the changes made to the BS6 motorcycle soon.
